What are your credentials as a coach?
I am a certified coach with an executive and professional coaching degree from New York University. As a senior strategist who led communications for companies like Sony Music, NBCUniversal, and Condé Nast, I have successfully coached executives, individuals, and groups, both professionally and personally.

Do you work with people in different stages of life?
Absolutely. From young professionals mapping out their first career steps to those reflecting on their legacy, I customize sessions to meet you where you are and help you map out a plan and options you may not have considered. I offer tools, resources, and insights to help people with various challenges, needs, and desires.

How would you describe your style?
Supportive, strategic, engaging, and open-minded. I create a process that’s as impactful as it is personal, integrating the practical and the profound. I’m guided by a lifelong curiosity about philosophy, creativity, and human potential as well as extensive experience in business and career development.

What can I expect?
After an initial and complimentary consultation, you can decide whether I am a good fit for you. You will receive an intake questionnaire to complete before our first session and summaries after each session. I also offer resources and recommended homework between sessions.

What is your fee?
Individual hour-long sessions are $125; six-weekly sessions are $600; and a three-month package is $1500. The latter includes weekly sessions and full access between sessions.
